Thom Rylance è un produttore musicale e cantante della band indie britannica The Lottery Winners. Originario di Manchester, la passione di Thom per la musica è iniziata in tenera età e lo ha portato a formare i The Lottery Winners nel 2008 con i compagni di band Robert Lally, Katie Lloyd e Joe Singleton. Da allora, i The Lottery Winners si sono esibiti nei principali festival del Regno Unito e il loro quarto album in studio KOKO, ha raggiunto la vetta della classifica britannica degli album a marzo di quest'anno.
