Together, we're shaping the world of music
In 2019 we made it our mission to increase gender diversity and inclusion within music. To achieve this, we launched 100% HER, an initiative designed to provide long-term development and career opportunities for women in production music.
We partnered with She Said So and She is the Music to release albums created by female writers, producers, and mixing/mastering engineers, which garnered industry-wide success. Additionally, we launched a mentorship program that matched female composers with experienced mentors. Our program provided women with a launchpad for their careers, with all participants now writing and composing regularly for sync, film, releasing commercial music, and more.

Going Global
Following the success in the UK, 100% HER has expanded to South Africa, Germany, France, the Nordics, APAC and the United States. From hosting panel discussions with key songwriters and producers in Stockholm and Los Angeles to launching the mentorship program in France and Sweden, 100% HER has significantly impacted female representation within the production music industry worldwide. In 2023, our UK 100% HER songwriter camp was recognised and supported by The Ivors Academy, and we partnered with WACL to release the 100% HER album, ‘She, Her, Us.’
Thanks to these efforts, 100% HER was nominated for Music Week's Women in Music DE&I Initiative of the Year award in 2024.
The impact of 100% HER
Since launching 100% HER, we have seen gender parity grow across our catalogue. In 2021, only 10% of our UK repertoire featured female composers. This has now grown to 25% as of 2023, with the ambition to reach 30% by the end of 2024.
We will continue our mentorship initiatives to support women in developing their networks and careers in music while inspiring and impacting future generations.
